It is after a long time whats app is planning updates. Telegram and signal two privately owned messaging service is trying to take advantage over the downtime of Whats app messenger service as they delayed their service for short time period recently. As a result of this incident downloads and sign-ups of these messengers are raising rapidly. To regain their space Whats app is now compelled to add new features to its messenger service.New updates will include disappearing messages, new global voice message player, stored messages etc.
Now lets understand what are these new features: Disappearing messages:You may think whats app already have this feature, then what about new?Whats app has been providing this service by lasting these messages for seven days and disappeared after this period.But in the new amendment user can select a time period for disappearing message from 24 hours to 90 days. In this update they include a new timer to countdown message disappearing time when time is over it will disappear. These amends will be available in your android phone very soon.
Global voice messages:This message player helps users by providing multitasking facilities. You can play a voice message then exit and switch to other chats for reading and replying while playing it on the back. Thus you can save your time if you are a busy person. This facility will pin a pause and stop button on the top of the window in order to stop or pause while it playing. But you couldn’t play this facility if whats app window is minimised. In short it facilitate you to listen and chat simultaneously. Whats app also tries to include transcription as well as seek option on the basis of voice messages. Stored messages: Whats app is going to introduce multi-device feature which will lets you to store your recent messages in its server and can be downloaded to your multi -devices. It is totally different from end-to-end encryption working method. It isn’t clear yet how long Facebook will store your chat history after sending it to your all linked devices.
